Creating a Know before you Go Email is a great way to communicate to your Guests prior to Event Night. To streamline Check In and follow up for donations/payments, the key is to capture as much Guest Info prior to event night. LOCATION Fundraising Ranch is located at 1000 Donation Drive, Austin, TX 78738 . The event will be indoors but the grounds are beautiful and we'll have a bar outside so you can enjoy the outdoor space before the program.
